pARTy is a vibrant celebration organized by Cultureghem, MUS-E Belgium and House of the Child Anderlecht and transforms arts education in Cureghem into a melting pot of youth work, culture and welfare work.

What?

We organize a low-threshold Cureghem offer for children and young people between the ages of 2,5 and 17. Especially those for whom access to art and culture is not obvious for 1001 reasons. 

Concretely, there are vacation courses, there is a fixed offer and we organize events to bring the youth of Cureghem in contact with various art disciplines.

In a nutshell

You never throw a party alone : we join forces with a broad spectrum of cultural organizations to create a varied and professional offering. Current collaborations : Tic Tac Art Center, Art Basics for Children, Vroom, Cie sQUezzz, Amadeo Kollectief, Bhyrrr and Skate, Archikids Recyclart, workshop Walter.

pARTy embodies a magical mix, where art education fits seamlessly into the living environment of Cureghem's youth, adapting to their specific needs - not the other way around.

To reach the Cureghem children and youth, we work with partners who refer families. They are the ones to turn to for current offerings.

We are committed to training and participation of young people so that they can eventually take over the offerings. Maybe you are the right animator (+16 years old) to join our team. info : party@cultureghem.be

What is there to do?

Fixed offer (not during the vacations)

  • 1st Thursday of the month : Baboes on tour = meeting point for parents and their children up to 6 years old with a creative workshop @ Elmer Zuid (Herzieningslaan 77 – Anderlecht)
  • 2nd Thursday of the month : Baboes on tour = meeting point for parents and their children up to 6 years old with a creative workshop @Huis van het kind Cureghem (Veeartsenstraat 20 – Anderlecht)
  • 3rd Thursday of the month : ABC – atelier = meeting point for parents and their children up to 6 years old with an interactive workshop @ Elmer Zuid (Herzieningslaan 77 – Anderlecht)
  • Every Wednesday on KETMET (from 2 pm – 4 pm) Artistic Workshop with MUS-E artist
