In our DREAMKITCHEN, we transform the unsold fruit and vegetables that we collect every Sunday at the market into delicious meals and products. Lunch, soup, juice, compote or homemade vegetable sauces. Healthy and delicious products that we share with as many people as possible at the slaughterhouse and also via social partners in town.
Everyone is welcome in our take-away restaurant DREAMKITCHEN under the Abattoir’s covered market, every day, Monday to Thursday, between 12 and 2pm.
We refuse to limit ourselves to food distribution. We focus on the right to healthy food for all, but also on the right to human warmth, the possibility to meet people and to have the right to -simply- be in a place, for a moment.
Our restaurant is open to everyone! A free contribution is welcome, but certainly not required.
